Position - Sales Manager/ Sr.Sales Manager Location – New Delhi Experience : 5 yrs plus in Real Estate Sales Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities: Converting leads provided by the company into sales. Follow up with potential customers. Hand over the possession to closed clients. Engage with existing/potential clients to get referrals. Update the existing/potential clients about new project launches. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value. Maintain and update listings of available properties.Skills Required Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
