Job Description

A. Key Responsibilities [Note: “Customer” refers to Corporate Clients; “End user” refers to their Cardholders] Field-Based Client Acquisition & Education ·Visit corporate prospects in assigned territory (Delhi NCR) to present SBI prepaid card solutions. ·Deliver in-person product demonstrations and presentations to corporate decision-makers. ·Clearly communicate product benefits, features, and usage in a consultative manner. Customer and Cardholder Onboarding ·Conduct in-person onboarding sessions for new corporate clients and their employees (cardholders). ·Provide live training and support for using the customer portal and the mobile app. Interdepartmental Coordination ·Work closely with SBI branches and internal teams to facilitate KYC and card issuance. ·Ensure seamless operational handover after client acquisition. Customer Support & Relationship Management ·Serve as the go-to field contact for any onboarding, portal access, or card/app issues. ·Maintain a regular visit schedule to key accounts to strengthen relationships and resolve queries. ·Collect in-person feedback to drive continuous improvement. Business Development & Revenue Growth ·Achieve assigned business and revenue targets through regular field outreach and pipeline management. ·Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling SBI’s prepaid offerings. ·Represent the company at corporate events, trade shows, and relevant on-ground activations in the region. B. Eligibility Criteria Education: ·Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Skills & Attributes: ·Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ·Ability to work independently in the field and manage a regional client base. ·Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving attitude. ·Familiarity with digital financial products is a plus.
