About the Role:Restroworks is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, storytelling, strategy, and go-to-market execution. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how our B2B SaaS solutions are positioned, launched, and communicated internally and to the world. This cross-functional role requires deep collaboration with product, design, marketing, and sales teams. Whether you're crafting compelling product narratives, developing launch strategies, or optimizing messaging across channels, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our products resonate with the right audience at the right time. If you’ve launched products, built GTM plans, created assets that drive conversions, and have strong opinions about what makes great UX or product pages that convert, we want to talk.Responsibilities:Define and evolve product messaging and positioning across global markets (India, US, Middle East, and Mexico). Craft high-performing marketing assets, including product listicles, feature explainers, landing pages, and SEO-optimized content. Lead or support go-to-market strategies for product launches, working closely with product, design, and demand generation teams. Work with UI/UX and web teams to ensure consistent storytelling across touchpoints like landing pages, dashboards, and onboarding flows. Own or contribute to product launch decks, sales enablement content, and customer-facing collateral. Conduct market and competitor research to inform differentiation and positioning. Collaborate with sales and customer success to gather feedback, understand objections, and improve messaging or asset quality. Help shape the voice of our products across the website, email campaigns, release notes, and more. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign outcomes and continuously improve launch effectiveness.Requirements:2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or a related role. A portfolio showcasing your ability to write compelling product-focused content, especially blogs, guides, listicles, and launch announcements. Experience developing and executing GTM strategies for new product launches. Hands-on with web publishing tools (WordPress preferred) and SEO best practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into crisp, benefit-oriented language. Familiarity with UI/UX fundamentals and how content supports user journeys and product adoption. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment.Bonus Points:Prior experience in restaurant tech or hospitality SaaS. A background in high-growth startup environments. Familiarity with multi-regional content and adapting messaging for diverse markets. An unnatural enthusiasm for headlines, CTAs, and the mysteries of Google's algorithm.
