We are expanding across the country and are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor who can bring our unique themes to life by managing site work efficiently and creatively.Job Description:We are hiring a hands-on *Construction Site Supervisor* to manage the setup and execution of Mystery Room projects across different locations in India. The role involves overseeing construction, interiors, theming, electrical fittings, props installation, and coordination with vendors to ensure timely project completion.Key Responsibilities:* Supervise on-site construction and theming work from start to finish * Coordinate with internal designers, vendors, and contractors * Ensure materials and props are installed as per the design plan * Manage daily site operations including labor, schedules, and safety * Ensure timely project delivery with high-quality finishes * Travel to new site locations across India for project setup * Handle troubleshooting during installations and setupRequired Skills & Qualifications:* 1–2 years of experience in construction, interior work, or site supervision * Strong coordination and leadership skills * Basic knowledge of electrical fittings, carpentry, and fabrication is a plus * Ability to read layout and design plans * Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Must be comfortable with frequent travel and field work * Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferredPerks:* Travel and accommodation covered during outstation projects * Work on exciting, creative, and unique themed environments * Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding brand
