The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's services. Additionally, the Client Relationship Manager will be involved in client communications, feedback collection, and service improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Engage with incoming leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their needs and qualify them effectively. Build and nurture relationships with prospects by providing personalized service, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored solutions. Convert qualified leads into successful sales by closing deals and driving customer satisfaction. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up processes. Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads and customers using CRM tools. Continuously track performance against targets and meet/exceed monthly lead conversion goals. Provide timely follow-up and support to leads throughout the sales process.
