Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and 1-3 years experienced Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Quality Assurance and deep hands-on experience in planning, execution, and reporting of manual and automated tests.Responsibilities:- Responsible for Design, develop, and execute test strategies, and test plans. - Design and implement test cases, test scripts and executing testing in an Agile/Scrum development environment to ensure the quality of software releases. - Conducting functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to identify and report defects, ensuring timely bug resolution. - Performing root cause analysis to identify and address the underlying causes of defects and quality issues. - Participating in product design and development to ensure that products are designed with quality in mind. - Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle. - Work cooperatively in a team environment. Remain flexible on changing workloads. - Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver solutions. - Manual Testing: - Experience with Web, Mobile Applications UI testing activities. - Perform the Integration testing, and System testing activities. - Experience with API Integrations testing using Postman, SoapUI. - Experience and proficiency with SQL data testing including Data Migration. - Automation Testing: - Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts to increase efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts. - Collaborating with DevOps teams to integrate testing activities into the CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous testing and deployment. - Develop and maintain automated UI test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playright - Develop and maintain automated API test scripts using tools Postman, SoapUI, Karate - Develop and maintain automated Performance test scripts using JMeter.Qualifications:- BE/BTech/MCA degree in computer science, or related field. - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automation - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, best practices, tools, and processes. - Experience in manual testing of Web, API, and Mobile applications. - Experience with test automation tools, including Selenium, Palyright, JMeter, Postman - Proficient in an object-oriented language, preferably Java, JavaScript, C# - Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, Test Plans - Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester) - Experience with Functional Automation, Performance and Security testing - Knowledge of Dynamics CRM or Salesforce platforms
