You will be involved in coaching, training, managing agents in a fast-paced environment to work up to the best of their abilities and drive performance for our clients. The clients we support are on the cutting edge of various new technologies and Industry leaders.Responsibilities: Team Leadership & People Management Manage a team of 10-30 employees, ensuring productivity, engagement, and retention. Develop leadership capabilities within the team, mentoring employees for career growth. Drive employee motivation and performance while minimizing attrition. Client & Project Management Handle high-pressure, fast-paced client engagements in customer support or sales environments. Effectively manage complex projects and ensure seamless service delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain client satisfaction and operational excellence. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Exhibit strong analytical skills to diagnose challenges and implement data-driven solutions. Make strategic decisions that enhance workflow efficiency and prevent potential client issues. Adapt quickly to changes and use challenges as opportunities for innovation. Communication & Collaboration Possess strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency. Provide honest, constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. Quality, Compliance & Productivity Optimization Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high operational standards. Utilize performance analytics and reporting tools to optimize workflows. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in a customer support or sales environment. Proven expertise in managing teams and handling high-pressure client engagements. Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer service processes, and project management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in data analysis tools, performance tracking systems, and reporting dashboards. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, as per business needs.
