Job Description

We are looking for aBusiness Development Managerto join the team in India.In this role, you will be responsible for driving Hawksford’s growth by developing new client relationships, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence, with a primary focus in India.Other Responsibilities include: Build and maintain a strong network to generate new business opportunities. Represent Hawksford at industry events and deliver impactful presentations when required. Develop and nurture key relationships with stakeholders and intermediaries. Work closely with internal teams to coordinate complex, multi-jurisdictional proposals. Implement targeted sales strategies and drive referral programs. Ensure our CRM system is updated at all time.The type of person we are looking for: 6+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within Corporate Services or a Professional Services firm. Proven sales track record and ability to close deals in the Indian market. A strong network of industry contacts to generate high-value leads. Experience handling complex proposals across multiple business lines. Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and a proactive team player. Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
