As a Computer Vision & 3D Perception expert , you will design and develop high-performance desktop applications for robotic systems and play a vital role in delivering cutting-edge solutions. What You’ll Do Tech You Will Perform • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize desktop applications for advanced manufacturing automation. • Develop and deploy advanced computer vision and 3D perception algorithms. • Work extensively with point cloud data, performing filtering, segmentation, registration, and analysis using libraries like PCL and Open3D. • Integrate vision and perception capabilities into C++/Qt-based desktop applications to enhance automation and machine intelligence. • Contribute to navigation and path planning solutions powered by vision-driven data. • Ensure code quality and performance through clean design, modular code, unit testing, and continuous integration workflows. • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and issue tracking. Who You Are Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent industry experience. • Strong proficiency in C++ with experience in object-oriented programming and design patterns. • Deep expertise in computer vision, including 2D/3D image processing, feature extraction, and camera modeling. • Hands-on experience with point cloud processing, including filtering, registration, and object recognition using PCL or equivalent libraries. • Familiarity with 3D spatial data structures (e.g., octrees, kd-trees) and geometric computation. • Experience with multithreading, GPU acceleration (CUDA/OpenCL), or parallel computing is a plus. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira (or similar), and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
