We work on four kinds of engagements: Website Builds, Site Redesigns, Regular Maintenance and Lift-Shift projects (where we shift the CMS and don’t do any redesign).We have established partnerships with – and are experts in – the top CMS products including : Webflow, Adobe Experience Manager, Kentico, Drupal, Contentful and WordPress. As a company, we have the ability to deliver websites on any of these platforms.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our team. This position is 100% Remote and can be based anywhere in India.What you'll doYou will be working with design files provided by our designers. These are usually submitted in tools such as Figma, InVision, Adobe XD and Zeplin.You will think through and design the style guides and build reusable components based on these designsYou will work closely with the CMS backend development team to implement this style guide and components with the CMS.Finally, you will be building high quality HTML and CSS templates based on the designs. This work has to be responsive across multiple device breakpoints, animation-oriented, AA compliant and SEO friendly.You will work closely with the backend dev team to integrate these templates into the dynamic data coming in from the CMS.Lots of times, you won’t be doing just native development on say, Bootstrap. Rather you will be working with the context of different CMS builders (such as Elementor, Acquia Site Studio, Webflow Designer etc) to implement your vision.The skills we'll needA minimum of 5+ years of work experienceSuperb HTML and CSS skills (mandatory)Should be an expert in CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.Should be an expert in SCSS, Less & Tailwind CSSRobust VanillaJS skills (mandatory)Should be familiar with jQueryShould have CMS(WordPress, Drupal, & etc) exposure.Robust working knowledge of DevOps pipeline and build/deploy tools (Git)Should be familiar with Design tools like Figma, Photoshop, & SketchBonus skillsExperience with Angular, Node, React, or Vue frameworksBackend programming expertise with PHP or .NETWhy Join Us?Small cohesive team and work directly with the Founder of the company.We are very employee focused and have 5-Star ratings across Glassdoor, TrustPilot and Google Business.We strongly believe in a healthy work and life balance and so provide a 100% Remote Work Opportunity from anywhere across India.
