We are currently seeking a talented Oracle Finance Functional Consultant to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity from India.Position OverviewWe are looking for a junior to mid-level Oracle Finance Functional Consultant with a strong foundation in Oracle Fusion Financials and a willingness to take on QA responsibilities. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for learning, growth mindset, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support Oracle Fusion Financial modulesParticipate in end-to-end implementation projectsPerform quality assurance testing across financial modulesDocument business requirements and configure system to meet those needsCreate and test FBDI data loadsDevelop and customize Sub Ledger Accounting (SLA) solutionsDesign and implement approval workflows using BPMCreate and maintain Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) reportsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project deliveryProvide functional expertise on Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cyclesDocument accounting entries and ensure compliance with accounting standardsRequired Qualifications6-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion FinancialsParticipation in at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementationsHands-on experience with configuration and testing of all Oracle Financial modulesStrong understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles including accounting entriesPractical experience with FBDI data loads and Sub Ledger Accounting (SLA) customizationsExperience developing Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) reportsKnowledge of creating approval workflows using Business Process Management (BPM)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work independently in a remote environmentPreferred QualificationsOracle certificationsExperience with integrations between Oracle and other systemsKnowledge of financial business processes across multiple industriesExperience with SQL queries and basic understanding of PL/SQLUnderstanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements#OracleFinancials #ERP #FusionFinancials #RemoteJob #FinancialConsultant #IndiaJobs
