IT Operations & Support – Key ResponsibilitiesProduction IT Support: Ensure smooth IT operations with zero production downtime, including shift-based support.End-User Management: Lead helpdesk teams to resolve user issues efficiently and guide them on IT policies and processes.IT Compliance & Audits: Strong knowledge of ISO 27001/27701 standards; manage audit controls and ensure compliance.Asset Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets—from procurement to disposal.Print Management: Manage print systems and implement print reduction strategies.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present MIS reports with actionable improvement insights.Vendor Management: Coordinate with internal and external vendors for datacenter maintenance and support.Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and motivate teams.Process Improvement: Identify and close inter-process gaps; ensure continuous improvement.Datacenter Oversight: Plan equipment tagging, manage AMC renewals, and maintain infrastructure.Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.What You Bring:Preferred Education: B.E / B.Tech in IT / Computer Engg.
