Adept at MIS reporting, root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Qualification : B.E/ B.tech Mechanical EngineeringExperience : 5-8 year’s experience in Pressure vessels, Heat Exchanger, structure items (Platform, skid, railing, staircase, etc.)Accountable & Responsible for:1) To carry out Stage wise inspection (Welding, fit up, Dish end Inspection, Nozzle, PT Examination, final visual & dimensional inspection, Pressure testing, EP, Drain ability etc.) as per approved drawing & QCP.2) Prepare Inspection report and keep report (Hard & Soft) in respective folder / file.3) Prepare MIS (Management Information System) reports and submit them to the reporting manager.Monthly Rework / Rejection dataMonthly Deviation reportRT summery sheetExternal Customer complaints4) Review and approve stamp transfer for Welder no. & Joint no. near welding for all equipment's (Pressure parts only).5) Prepare RT Request sheet & Coordination with NDE Vendor.6) Review RT Examination Film & Report.7) To prepare equipment wise RT Examination summery sheet.8) Prepare Material History chart and arrange Test certificate.9) To arrange Quality dossier as per Index and submit to reporting manager for review & approval. 10) To Perform PT examination & prepare report.11) Provide as built dimension to design team for as built drawing preparation.12) Arrange Stage wise Photographs for Equipment – PT Examination, Pressure testing, Pre-dispatch, RA (surface finish) and keep at Respective Project folder.13) Review the WPS / PQR / WPQ monthly & update if any additional requirement.14) Prepare welder Continuity record & update in file.15) Prepare & display qualified welder list for every 3 month and distribute it to Production.16) Assign welder no. & entry in welder list.17) Arrange test coupon for new welder & qualification done as per procedure.18) Involve in safety activities and update unsafe condition & activities to respective team.19) Do root cause analysis along with corrective action with Production team on Rework / Rejection and Deviation.20) Conduct meeting with Welder, Fitter & shop supervisor and discuss Deviation / QC observation.21) Provide Technical support to QA & projects.22) Implement continual improvement tools.23) Support to other unit’s engineers for Quality related activities.24) Prepare daily & weekly planning of pending works and discuss with reporting manager for priority allocation.25) Involve in ASME U & R stamp equipment.26) Involve in ASME U & R stamp audit and face External audit.27) Involve in ISO 9001 2015 activities and face External & internal audit.28) To maintain the 5S at Shop & Office.29) KRA / KPI monitoring & achieving as per given targets.Technical Skills : Knowledge of Basic Quality Tools, GDP, ASME U stamp, CE markingBehavioral Skills : Communication, Leadership, Work Planning SkillsComputer Literacy : MS OfficeKey Purpose : To assure the product quality as per standards.
