ORACLE Fusion/Cloud PAYROLL / ABSENCE FUNCTIONAL Consultant (INDIA (Delhi) / Hybrid Working)ORACLE Fusion/Cloud PAYROLL / ABSENCE FUNCTIONAL Consultant (INDIA (Delhi) / Hybrid Working)This is a brilliant opportunity and a brilliant time to join SYMATRIX, a successful International IT Consultancy / Systems Integrator, specialising in the ORACLE marketplace and now an IBM Company.Job Purpose:Having delivered multiple successful Oracle CLOUD/ FUSION PAYROLL Projects and with more coming up on the horizon, we are looking for a strong ORACLE FUSION / CLOUD PAYROLL & ABSENCE MANAGEMENT Consultant.In the role, you will be responsible for the successful Design, Delivery & Support of Oracle Fusion / Cloud Payroll Solutions for a range of Clients. This is an opportunity for you, as an experienced Oracle Payroll Systems professional to develop your career in an area which is seeing considerable market demand.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for taking a Functional Consultant role in Oracle Payroll Cloud ProjectsLiaising with stakeholders, delivery teams, support teams, 3'rd-parties, both external and internalEstablishing strong and effective relationships with Client Project TeamsShaping Payroll assignments that are aimed at achieving demonstrable business benefit and value-addReviewing quarterly patch release documentation and conducting Impact AnalysisAgreeing objectives, outputs, milestones and timescales with the Project Delivery Manager and ClientConducting discovery sessions with Clients to determine process pain-points and diagnose how Absence, Time & Labour and Payroll Cloud can be enhanced to provide value and ROI (Return on Investment)Creating well-structured and accurate deliverables for application configuration, data migration, Testing plans and other artifacts, so-as to ensure shared understanding and facilitate knowledge-transferDesigning, building, Testing and delivering Oracle Cloud Absence, Time & Labour and PayrollSupporting Projects through user Testing and go-live and the transition of deliverables to other Client / 3'rd-party Support TeamsCoordinating with other Consultants’ Project / assignment delivery within a wider programmeRequired Skills / knowledge / Expertise:Essential:Strong Client Facing / Consultancy experience with ORACLE CLOUD / FUSION PAYROLL & ABSENCE MANAGEMENTExcellent knowledge and implementation (or significant optimisation / ‘hands-on’) experience of Oracle Cloud PayrollConsiderable ‘hands on’ experience using Fast FormulaExcellent COMMUNICATION & PRESENTATION SKILLS (Including fluent ENGLISH (Spoken AND Written))Ability to follow / carry-out clear instructionsWell organised and structured in approachExcellent Client Management skillsDesirable:Experience working in a UK Public-Sector environment (on UK PS Projects)Proven, full lifecycle implementation experience of delivering Oracle based PAYROLLsolutions to medium and large enterprise ClientsExperience in PAYROLL Solution Design (INCLUDING ABSENCE) using relevant Tools & Utilities (includes the Functionality and the Configuration)Business acumen / awarenessExperience working in an environment alongside other Oracle Cloud products such as: Service Cloud (CX), Talent Management, ERP (Finance & Procurement), Planning & Budgeting (EPM)Knowledge and implementation experience of the following: Oracle DigitalAssistant, Approvals, Oracle Guided Learning, Alerts Composer, Reporting/BI tools(OTBI / BI Publisher)Compensation / Benefits Package:Highly competitive Salary, Provident fund, Health Insurance of INR 500,000, Term Insurance for INR 5 Million, as per India statutory requirement.
