We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative scientist with expertise in crosslinked polymer systems to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, synthesis, and characterization of crosslinked polymers for functional materials and advanced drug delivery systems. The role involves both applied research and product development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and synthesize crosslinked polymeric systems (hydrogels, networks, nanogels, coatings) using covalent and/or physical crosslinking techniques.Develop functional materials and drug delivery platforms including injectable systems, responsive carriers, and implantable devices.Optimize polymer crosslinking density, swelling behavior, degradation kinetics, and drug release profiles.Characterize polymers using analytical techniques (e.g., NMR, FTIR, GPC, DSC, TGA, rheology, SEM).Conduct in vitro and in vivo studies to assess biocompatibility, efficacy, and stability.Maintain accurate lab records, write technical reports, and contribute to regulatory documentation and patents.Stay current with literature and emerging trends in biomaterials, crosslinking chemistry, and nanomedicine.QualificationsRequired:PhD in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.0-2 years of hands-on experience in designing and synthesizing crosslinked polymers.Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry, crosslinking mechanisms, and drug delivery technologies.Proficiency in polymer and material characterization techniques.
