The client is a Tech giant and is seeking a result-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join their India sales & marketing team and support our growth in the India region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a deep understanding of the Indian market. This role involves working closely with the regional sales team, partners, and customers to drive sales growth, increase brand awareness, and develop strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the unique needs of the region.Responsibilities:• Develop and execute sales strategies & marketing plans to achieve regional sales targets.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segmentswithin the Indian region.• Manage and nurture strong relationships with distributors and partners to drive salesgrowth.• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill customer needs in theregion.• Monitor and report on the competitive landscape within the Indian region.Knowledge and Experience:• 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the technology,Networking or consumer electronics industry.• Strong understanding of the Indian market, including cultural nuances, business practices,and regulatory environment.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintainrelationships with diverse stakeholders.• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.• Quick learner, or knowledge in the networking or IT industry.• Account management or distributor management experience.• Written and verbal English fluency• Familiarity with organization products is preferred, though not required. We do expect, however,that you will proactively develop your knowledge on the job. It is an advantage to haveprior knowledge of:o IP addresses and DHCPo Virtual Networks (VLANs)o Domain Name Conversion (DNS)o Power-over-Ethernet (PoE)o Wireless communication, devices, and WiFi standards (e.g., WiFi 6)o VPNs
