This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about systems, structure, and documentation, and wants to build a career in the operational backbone of Human Resources.You’ll gain exposure to the processes and tools that keep HR running smoothly, with opportunities to contribute to process improvement, automation, and compliance initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee data across HR systems and recordsAssist in drafting, organizing, and updating HR process documentation, SOPs, and workflowsHR Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with company values and legal requirements.Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, equipment tracking, IT coordination, etc.)Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations, including employment standards, workplace safety, and discrimination laws.Ensure all HR documentation (offer letters, NDAs, contracts, policy updates) is accurate, timely, and compliantCollaborate with Finance, Admin, and IT for seamless HR operationsAssist in HR audit preparation and maintain compliance checklistsContribute to HR process optimization, automation, and reporting initiativesRequirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration or related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mindsetQualification:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.What You’ll Gain:Practical exposure to various HR functionsMentorship and learning from experienced HR professionalsOpportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance (optional)
