We combine cutting-edge technology with deep industry expertise to deliver seamless, efficient, and engaging shopping experiences.We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Chattarpur, South Delhi.Key Responsibilities The UI/UX design process across Dentalkart’s web and mobile platformsTranslate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfacesCreate wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visualsConduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, tech, and marketingMaintain and evolve our design system and UI style guidelinesUse analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve design solutionsRequirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio in e-commerceProficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principlesExperience with user research, A/B testing, and usability evaluationExcellent visual design skills and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesPortfolio submission is mandatory Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.Des.) or a related fieldExperience mentoring or managing junior designersUnderstanding of e-commerce and quick commerce conversion optimization techniquesWhat We Offer Competitive compensation and performance-based incentivesOpportunity to lead design for a fast-growing e-commerce brandCollaborative, innovation-driven team culture
