Ability to lift and move heavy objects (e.g., coffee bags)8. Roasting coffee beans consistently and accurately following set profiles.9. Cupping roast production samples and to regularly log QC.10. Green grading and green bean evaluation of offer samples following SCA standards11. Create Internal training content for colleagues on Roasting operations and maintenance.12. Creation of high-quality brewing recipes across a wide range of methods to suit different coffees.13. Blend creation for B2B clients and new seasonal blends.14. Operating sample roaster for setting profiles for different coffees to maximize quality output.15. Developing and delivering training programs for staff and customers. For existing Rossette operations and B2B Clients.16. Providing excellent customer service and answering coffee-related inquiries.17. Maintaining accurate records of training sessions.
