The Economist will be responsible for conducting economic research, analyzing macroeconomics, utilizing analytical skills, and applying economic and statistical principles to the metal & mining sector on a daily basis.Prior Experience in Government (NITI Aayog, Central Ministries, State Govt. Departments) or Economic Thinktanks (ICRIER, NCAER, Brookings etc.) or Economic Cell of Metals & Mining companies will be preferred.Number of Roles:Senior Consultant (1 role): 5 - 7 years of relevant work experienceConsultant (5 roles): 3 - 5 years of relevant work experienceOver and under qualified profiles will be ignored.Skills and Qualification relevant to minerals, metals or mining sector:Economic Research and Macroeconomics skillsDevelopment EconomicsLivelihood EconomicsAnalytical Skills and Statistics proficiencyStrong background in EconomicsExperience with data analysis and modelingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentMandatory - Class Xth and XIIth % Marks should be above 90%Mandatory - Bachelor's degree in Economics with First ClassMandatory - Master's degree/ diploma in Economics, Statistics, or Management/ Business Administration
