AIMLAY aims to provide accessible education for all working professionals with its head office in Delhi and counseling centers across India and globally.Job Title: Team Lead/Assistant Manager - Admission Counselling - B2C Edutech Sales Total Experience : 7-8 years Team leading experience - 3+ yearsKey Responsibilities:1. Team Management:Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of Admission Counsellors and B2C Sales representatives, ensuring adherence to SOPs and achieving sales targets. 2. Sales Performance:Consistently achieve monthly sales targets, contributing to revenue growth and ensuring the team meets sales quotas. 3. B2C Sales:Drive sales of education products/services, identifying new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and negotiating deals to ensure smooth sales closure. 4. Admission Counselling:Oversee the admission counselling process, ensuring timely follow-ups, and providing guidance to students and parents. 5. Performance Monitoring:Track daily productivity reports, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement. 6. CRM and Reporting:Utilize CRM software to track progress with new prospects, report weekly sales goals and objectives to senior management, and maintain accurate records. 7. Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date on company products and services, and ensure team members are informed and knowledgeable.Requirements: - Experience in Edtech sales, team management, and leadership - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships in the Edtech industry - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsContact : 9899891683 hr.am@
