Job Title:Senior Manager/Head – Non-Diagnostics (Dental, Vision, Wellness & Care Services) Location:Hyderabad Department:Non-Diagnostics Services Reporting To:Director - OperationsJob Summary: We are seeking a highly strategic and results-drivenSenior Manager/Head – Non-Diagnosticsto lead and scale operations for ourDental, Vision, Gym Partnerships, Online Consultations, In-Clinic Services, Rx Care Program, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and service expansion across these verticals.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth & Expansion:Develop and execute strategies to scale operations across all non-diagnostic service lines, with a focus on increasing revenue fromdental procedures, vision services, and other wellness offerings . Revenue Generation:Identify and implement new revenue streams within existing service lines, such ashigh-value dental procedures, vision care packages, and corporate wellness tie-ups . Operational Excellence:Enhance efficiency in service delivery through process optimization, technology integration, and customer experience improvements. Partnership Development:Build and manage relationships withdental clinics, optical stores, gym chains, telemedicine platforms, and wellness centersto expand service reach and improve value proposition. Financial & Performance Management:Monitor KPIs, optimize costs, and ensure profitability across service lines. Develop data-driven insights to refine strategies. Team Leadership:Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team across multiple service lines. Foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Regulatory & Compliance:Ensure all services adhere to local regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards. Customer Experience & Engagement:Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and service utilization through personalized engagement programs and digital marketing initiatives.Qualifications & Experience: Education:MBA, MPH, MHA, or equivalent in Business, Healthcare, or Operations. Experience:8-12 years in healthcare operations, wellness services, or retail health, with at least5 years in a leadership roledriving business growth and operational excellence. Industry Exposure:Experience indental, vision, wellness, online healthcare, or insurance-linked wellness programsis highly preferred. Skills:Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, operational efficiency, and team management skills. Ability to scale businesses and drive revenue growth. Tech & Data Savvy:Experience withCRM, healthcare technology platforms, and data analyticsfor business intelligence and decision-making.Why Join Us?
