As an Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in attracting and guiding prospective students through the admission process, leveraging your sales expertise to meet and exceed enrollment targets.**Responsibilities:** - Conduct proactive and engaging inside sales activities to convert leads into enrolled students. - Utilize your in-depth knowledge of educational programs and admission processes to assist prospective students in making informed decisions. - Effectively communicate program details, admission requirements, and financial considerations to potential students. - Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions both in-person and through virtual channels. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and enrollment status. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall admission experience for students.**Requirements:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in admission counseling, preferably in an inside sales role. - Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with educational systems, courses, and admission procedures. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.Rocky Dahiya Sr HR Executive - Human Resources 9810920696
