Good practice in web programming/configuration techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users. Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues Consults with Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes Communicates technical problems and solutions to both tech and non-tech audiences Import/Export Data from Excel using Transform maps Third Party Mobile applications Integration REST APIs , SOAP APIs Implementation of CMDB and Asset managementSkills Overview (MUST HAVE): Knowledge of CMDB (Hierarchy, table/field creation, classes, attribute mapping & others).
