Our mission is to provide all-natural, plant-based products without artificial additives, delivering exceptional quality directly to our customers.About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our creative team. This role requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly work on graphic design and video editing projects while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to enhance productivity and creative output.Key Responsibilities- Create compelling visual designs for print, digital, and social media platforms. - Edit and produce high-quality video content from concept to final delivery - Develop motion graphics and visual effects for videos and animations - Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets - Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to meet project objectives - Optimise workflows using AI-assisted tools for both design and video production - Present creative concepts and finished work to stakeholders - Stay current with emerging design trends and technologiesRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field - Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) - Demonstrated experience with AI tools for image generation, video creation, and content writing - Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and development - Ability to translate technical requirements and business objectives into creative visual solutions - Experience participating in agile workflows and adapting to shifting priorities - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts to diverse stakeholders - Receptive to feedback from various departments and able to implement constructive criticism - Experience in facilitating creative workshops or brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams - Prior experience in the health and wellness industry will be a plus.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with UI/UX design principles - Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web-based design implementation - Familiarity with 3D design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) - Experience with photography and audio editing - Project management skills and experience leading creative initiativesTechnical Skills- Design Software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch - Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve - AI Tools: Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway ML, Chatgpt, or similar AI content generation tools - Additional Tools: Canva, WordPress, basic HTML/CSSWhat We're Looking For- Someone proactive, self-motivated, and ready to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment - A creative thinker who takes initiative and isn't afraid to experiment or face new challenges - A team player who collaborates well but can also own tasks independentlyAdditional InformationLocation: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (On-site)Employment Type: Full-time opportunityWorking Hours: Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon-Fri + 1st & 3rd Saturdays)To Apply: Send your resume and portfolio to ranjhum@Note: Only candidates who can join immediately will be considered.The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can adapt quickly to new technologies and deliver exceptional visual content across multiple formats.
