Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced MES & Automation Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Automation, and Control Systems. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with industrial automation systems, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training modules on topics including PLC, SCADA, HMI, MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Emerson Syncade), and control systems. - Customize training content to suit various industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, life sciences, and FMCG. - Conduct classroom sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs for trainees. - Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback mechanisms. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices in automation and MES. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with organizational goals. - Provide post-training support and mentorship to trainees as needed.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation) or related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial automation, MES, or control systems. - Proven experience in training or instructional roles. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. - Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:- Certification in MES platforms (e.g., Certified MES Practitioner). - Experience with integration of MES with ERP systems. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., FDA, GMP). - Proficiency in e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
