Diligent Global is hiring Sales professional to expand its buisness. We are looking for SAP sales experience folks for various regions across north india. This is a remote role. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for driving the company's sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, creating pipeline, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have to generate new business, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborate with OEM partners and internal teams to achieve business goals. We are focused on SAP, Microsoft, AMS and Cybersecurity related products and services. The role focuses on mid-market and enterprise segment across Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas, Engineering & Construction and Chemical Industries to name a few.Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: - Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within India market. - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective clients. - Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, pipeline generation, market expansion, and brand growth. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt business development strategies accordingly.- Sales Strategy & Execution: - Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet revenue goals and objectives. - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including presentations, negotiations, and contracts. - Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. - Work closely with OEM Partners to execute sales strategies in respective territories.- Relationship Management: - Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and work with the product/service teams to improve offerings based on client needs. - Foster trust relationships with OEM Partners- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: - Track sales progress and key performance metrics using CRM software. - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. - Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.- Collaboration & Team Support: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer support) to align business development efforts with overall company strategy. - Provide support to other departments as needed, including product feedback, customer insights, and market intelligence.Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: - Experience in sales, business development, or a related field - Experience in selling products and services from solution providers such as SAP application - Experience with CRM software such as MS Dynamics and other sales tools is an added plus .- Skills: - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. - Self-motivated with a learning attitude to drive a results-oriented approach towards sales and business development. - Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.- Education: - Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment.
