We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead I - Software Testing professional with expertise in automation, Python, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing applications within a big data ecosystem, particularly using PySpark in Hadoop/HDFS environments. You should be comfortable working with cloud-native services on AWS, including EMR Serverless, Lambdas, and MWAA. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are essential. This role demands a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.Must-Have Skills:- Strong experience in automation testing using Python - Testing in a Hadoop environment with HDFS - Proficiency in AWS services including S3, Lambdas, Managed Airflow (MWAA), and EMR Serverless - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with agile methodologies and data testing - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines - High attention to detail and accuracyGood-to-Have Skills:- Educational background in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or related disciplines - Experience preparing detailed specifications and reports - Previous experience in a similar testing role
