Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation : Identify and compile contact lists of potential clients to approach for OpsMaven’s services. Cold Outreach : Execute cold calls and cold email campaigns to introduce OpsMaven’s offerings and generate interest among prospects. Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings with key decision-makers to present OpsMaven’s solutions. Field Marketing : Conduct direct outreach by visiting prospective clients’ offices with prior appointments secured through cold calls and emails. Tech Park Engagement : Conduct visits to various tech parks in Hyderabad to engage directly with potential clients. Industry Networking : Participate in business expos, conferences, and networking events in tech parks to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Strategic Partnerships : Build and maintain collaborations with companies offering co-working spaces and facility management services to gain referrals for shared services and outsourcing support to OpsMaven. Establish connections with startup groups and business unions. Client Engagement Support : Assist in engaging potential clients through follow-ups, relationship-building, and sharing relevant information about services. Industry Research : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies. Database Management : Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and prospect details for streamlined follow-ups and tracking. Sales Reporting : Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking outreach efforts, and analyzing campaign effectiveness. Proposal & Presentation Development : Prepare business proposals, sales pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service executionCore competenciesStrong network within the Hyderabad tech park ecosystem and startup communities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in lead generation, and sales pipeline management. Ability to travel within Hyderabad for client meetings and business development activities.
