We’re Hiring – Inventory PlannerLocation: HyderabadCompany: Balaji Hosiery XLU – India’s Premier Destination for Lingerie & NightwearAbout Us:At Balaji Hosiery XLU, we’ve redefined intimate wear shopping across Hyderabad with 25,000+ sq. ft. of retail space and 11 stores offering unmatched variety in lingerie and nightwear. Now, we’re looking for an Inventory Planner to help us maintain our stock flow efficiently across all stores.Position: Inventory PlannerExperience Required: 3–6 years in retail inventory or merchandise planningIndustry Preference: Apparel, Fashion, Lingerie, Lifestyle, or FMCG RetailKey Responsibilities:- Analyze sell-through data across all stores to forecast stock requirements - Prepare monthly and seasonal purchase plans based on trends and demand - Maintain ideal stock levels by managing replenishment cycles and inter-store transfers - Identify non-moving inventory and suggest clearance or reallocation strategies - Work closely with warehouse and store teams for smooth inward/outward movement - Implement buffer stock policies and monitor stock turn ratio - Maintain SKU-wise, category-wise performance reports for decision making - Liaise with buying and merchandising team for new product launches - Coordinate with ERP team (or software vendor) for accurate inventory reportingSkills Required:- Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, forecasting formulas) - Knowledge of stock ageing, sell-through %, and OTB planning - Hands-on experience with POS/ERP systems (e.g. Ginesys, Logic, Retailware, etc.) - Excellent communication and coordination across departments - Detail-oriented with ability to multitask across locationsJOB LOCATION :- MEHDIPATNAMSALARY:- 65000
