The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT technologies, hands-on experience in resume screening, and a deep understanding of client requirements across domains. You will be responsible for evaluating candidate resumes, conducting initial technical assessments, collaborating with recruiters and account managers, and ensuring only the most qualified candidates are submitted to our clients.Key Responsibilities:- Screen resumes for IT positions based on job descriptions shared by clients. - Evaluate technical skills, experience, and qualifications of candidates. - Perform technical interviews or assessments where necessary to validate candidate proficiency. - Shortlist suitable candidates and submit them to clients through internal ATS or client portals. - Review and validate profiles shared by recruiters and team members, providing constructive feedback or approval. - Collaborate with the recruitment team to align on job requirements and screening standards. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current IT technologies, tools, and industry trends. - Ensure quality control by vetting profiles before submission and avoiding duplicate or mismatched candidates. - Support the team with quick turnaround times on hot requirements. - Provide feedback to team members on improving the quality of submissions. - Attend client calls as needed to better understand technical nuances of requirements.
