Quotation and Pricing: Prepare and submit competitive quotes, understand pricing structures, and negotiate contracts with clients and carriers. Operations Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (operations, documentation, customer service) to ensure smooth execution of shipments and meet customer expectations Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, generate reports, and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation for shipments.Required Skills:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, terminology, and international shipping regulations. Ability to manage a sales pipeline and track sales activities.
