You’ll perform hands-on operational tasks, master our platform’s workflows, and translate that expertise into clear, impactful training and onboarding videos. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend technical operations with content creation, directly shaping how users interact with our analytics solutions.Key Responsibilities:Operational Support: Execute daily tasks including system setup, troubleshooting, workflow documentation, and client support for our data analytics platform. Gain deep expertise in internal processes related to well services, drilling analytics, and field operations. Ensure seamless platform functionality and provide timely client assistance.Content Creation: Develop clear, engaging instructional videos for customer training, internal onboarding, and platform education. Write scripts, record screen walkthroughs, and produce step-by-step tutorials for new processes and product features. Edit and polish videos using tools like Camtasia, CapCut, Canva, or iMovie, ensuring professional quality for internal and external audiences. Add titles, callouts, and branding to enhance video clarity and visual appeal. Maintain and update a well-organized content library to reflect platform updates and operational changes. Record voiceovers or on-screen tutorials as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong interest in or basic understanding of oilfield operations, drilling, or workover analytics workflows (willingness to learn is essential). Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical processes into clear, user-friendly instructions. Proficiency with video creation and editing tools, including: Camtasia(screen recording and instructional videos). CapCut(short-form videos and marketing edits). Canva(video templates, graphic overlays, basic animations). iMovieor similar basic editing software (optional). Basic graphic design skills for adding professional touches to videos (titles, callouts, branding). Strong organizational skills to manage content libraries and keep training materials current. Comfortable with or willing to learn voiceover recording and screen tutorials.Preferred Qualifications: Direct experience in oil and gas operations, rig-based data systems, or field workflows. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), YouTube, Vimeo, or similar video-sharing platforms. Experience with light animation tools (e.g., Canva, Vyond).
