This role requires a strategic thinker with deep domain expertise in SaaS and HRMS, capable of developing comprehensive product roadmaps, crafting detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and executing customer research. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring that customer insights and market trends translate into actionable agile sprints, successful product releases, and effective stakeholder training.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Roadmapping & Sprint Planning: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Decompose the roadmap into actionable, prioritized sprints in collaboration with product managers and development teams. Product Requirements Documentation: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to create comprehensive PRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams. Ensure documentation is kept current throughout the product lifecycle. Release Management & Communication: Prepare and manage release notes to effectively communicate new features, updates, and fixes to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches and releases. Customer & Market Research: Conduct in-depth customer research, competitive analysis, and market studies to understand user needs, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics. Translate research insights into strategic product recommendations and feature enhancements. Agile Methodology & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and Project Management teams to ensure clear communication and seamless execution of projects. Stakeholder Training & Change Management: Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new product features and changes. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and stakeholder engagement. Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of product enhancements. Continuously evaluate product performance and recommend adjustments to maximize customer satisfaction and ROI. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SaaS and HRMS to drive product innovation. Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to optimize product delivery and operational efficiency.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as a Business Analyst in a software product or SaaS environment,preferably within the HR Tech or HRMS domain. Demonstrated experience in developing strategic product roadmaps, managing agile sprints, and delivering comprehensive PRDs. Technical & Domain Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS business models and software product lifecycles. Proficiency in crafting detailed PRDs, user stories, and agile sprint plans. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Ability to perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
