Personal Assistant - Remote(India)Work timings: 9pm to 3am IST and 10am to 1pm ISTOverviewAs a personal assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the organization by providing administrative and secretarial support to the executive team. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain confidentiality will be essential for the success of this role.Key Responsibilities1. Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, travel itineraries, and meetings of the CEO2. Conduct research and compile data to support the executive team's initiatives3. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner4. Assist in organizing and executing corporate events, including meetings and conferences5. Handle personal tasks for the executives, such as errands and personal appointments6. Manage office supplies and equipment, and ensure efficient office operations7. Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders8. Assist in managing projects and conducting follow-ups on action items9. Provide administrative support as needed10. Assist in managing the executive's professional and personal calendar11. Handle travel arrangements and logistics12. Facilitate effective communication within the organizationRequired Qualifications1. Any Bachelor's degree.2. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software3. Ability to travel4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills5. Outstanding organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload6. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment9. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks10. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy11. Ability to take initiative and work independently12.
