Key Responsibilities: Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging final products suitable for Instagram Reels and YouTube. Create dynamic short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) optimized for vertical viewing, focusing on trends, quick tips, and engaging hooks. Edit longer-form content for YouTube, including informational videos, student testimonials, webinars, expert interviews, and campus tours. Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, titles, and lower thirds to enhance viewer engagement and information delivery. Select and integrate appropriate background music, sound effects, and voiceovers. Perform basic color correction and audio mixing to ensure high-quality output. Ensure all video content aligns with Rostrum Education's brand guidelines, tone, and visual style. Organize and manage video project files efficiently. Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver on creative briefs. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media video, editing techniques, and platform best practices (especially Instagram Reels and YouTube). Adapt content for different platform specifications (aspect ratios, lengths, captions).Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in video editing, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work (please include links to Reels/Shorts and YouTube examples). Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (Specify preferred software if applicable, e.g., "Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential").
