You will be the key liaison between our clients and our engineering/product teams, ensuring effective deployment and adoption of our platform. Your deep expertise in AI - specifically within LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI frameworks - coupled with strong software development and customer service experience, will drive success for our clients and our platform.Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, championing their needs and helping design tailored, agentic AI solutions that drive business value. Leverage your hands-on experience in AI development (LLMs, RAG, agentic AI frameworks) to assist with solution engineering and troubleshooting. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable enhancements, ensuring that our platform remains at the forefront of innovation. Provide technical guidance and support during onboarding, implementation, and training stages, ensuring seamless integration of our AI solutions. Develop proof-of-concepts and custom integrations using full-stack development or backend and cloud operations expertise (with Python) to address unique client challenges. Utilize data analytics skills and database fundamentals to monitor usage patterns, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements. Support customer solutions deployment, ensuring high customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and healthcare/EHR systems (familiarity with the latter is advantageous) to proactively guide client engagements.Required Qualifications5-8 years of professional experience spanning technical, development, and client-facing roles. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AI development, specifically working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and tools like LangChain. 2-3 years of software development experience; full stack experience is preferred, while robust backend and cloud operations experience using Python is also acceptable. Strong knowledge of data analytics and database fundamentals to drive data-informed decisions. Proven customer service experience (1-2 years) with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Familiarity with the healthcare industry and EHR systems is a plus, though not mandatory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
