What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a sharp, performance-oriented Ecommerce Media Buyer who can confidently scale campaigns to $5,000–$10,000/day , analyze KPIs with precision, and uncover winning creatives and audiences. You should have deep experience in running DTC (direct-to-consumer) campaigns and a knack for performance data storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Launch, manage, and scale ecommerce ad campaigns (primarily Meta/Facebook & Google Ads) Identify and test high-performing creatives, hooks, and angles Monitor key performance indicators such as CTR, ROAS, CPM, and Conversion Rate to guide optimization Run rapid tests and iterate on campaigns quickly based on performance data Understand product-market fit and customize messaging accordingly Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align ad strategies Manage and optimize large daily budgets with confidence and strategic control Qualifications: Proven expereince of 2+ years in Ecommerce Media buyer Proven success managing ecommerce campaigns with $100K+ monthly ad spend Ability to manage both prospecting and retargeting funnels Excellent understanding of metrics, attribution models, and creative testing Strong decision-making abilities based on data and ROI Experience with scaling winning campaigns rapidly Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and media buying best practices Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Triple Whale, or other tracking solutions
