Our mission is to enhance the hospitality and travel experience by employing cutting-edge technology and AI-driven solutions.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 1 year in reservations, sales, or OTA operations (Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, experience is a must).Skills:- Strong knowledge of OTA platforms, booking processes, and cancellation policies. - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Hindi. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). - Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.Preferred: Experience in homestays, vacation rentals, or hotel reservations is a plus.Key Responsibilities:- Manage Reservations: Handle booking requests, cancellations, modifications, and special guest requests across multiple OTAs. - Sales & Lead Handling: Respond to inquiries from travelers and convert leads into confirmed bookings. - OTA Management: Ensure property listings are optimized with accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability across all platforms. - Guest Communication: Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Pricing & Promotions: Monitor competitor pricing and adjust rates to maximize occupancy and revenue. - Reporting & Analysis: Use Excel and other tools to track sales performance, reservation trends, and revenue generation. - Coordination with Property Owners: Communicate with property hosts regarding guest bookings, check-ins, and special requests.If you're passionate about leveraging technology to transform the hospitality industry and meet the qualifications listed above, we'd love to hear from you.
