Job Description: Sales Intern (BBA/MBA – Engineering Background Preferred)Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore & Delhi NCR Duration: 3–6 Months (Internship) Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head Position type : Paid Internship Job Description:Technavious Solutions is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Intern to support our business development efforts in the Data Center and MEP Design Consulting domain. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in technical B2B sales, client engagement, and proposal development in a high-growth sector. Key Responsibilities: Conduct lead research and assist in qualifying prospects using online sources and CRM tools Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses, coordinating with technical teams Schedule and manage client meetings, prepare meeting briefs, and document action points Perform market analysis, track competitor activity, and summarize findings for the sales team Maintain CRM data, follow-up records, and update the sales pipeline status Support social media and digital outreach for lead generation campaigns Participate in product/service training, internal sales reviews, and client demo sessions Eligibility Criteria: Pursuing or completed (FY 24-25) BBA / MBA (Marketing, Business Development, Strategy or related fields) Background in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) is a strong advantage, though not mandatory Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM software Analytical mindset with the ability to understand technical concepts What You'll Gain: A potential pathway to a full-time role based on performance Opportunity to work alongside senior sales and engineering professionals Hands-on experience in client relationship management, pre-sales, and proposal support Candidates with high performance are eligible for a permanent Sales role.About TechnaviousAn Only DC Born Company for Brick-to-Chip Non-IT Infrastructure ExcellenceAt Technavious Solutions, we are proud to be a Data Center-born company, purpose-built to serve the evolving needs of critical digital infrastructure.
