In India, Nappa Dori’s presence spans across Delhi, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.Key Responsibilities ● Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house digital marketing team to deliver on business and brand objectives. ● Take ownership of digital marketing budgeting and planning, including allocation across paid media, content, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and CRM. ● Drive business growth through strategic digital campaigns focused on performance, engagement, and conversion. ● Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content and platform strategy across all brand channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Email, etc.). ● Collaborate with internal departments such as design, e-commerce, retail, and operations to align digital initiatives with overall brand goals.Qualifications & Requirements ● 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven results in revenue growth and brand building. ● Prior experience working with Bags, & Accessories category, Clothing, or Ecommerce marketplaces background. ● Demonstrated ability to manage and scale a team, driving motivation and accountability. ● Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.
