We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) / RP WMS Consultant with a strong background in providing functional support and enhancements for warehouse management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing BAU activities, troubleshooting, and system configurations within a high-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide functional and technical support for Blue Yonder / RP WMS including system monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage product configurations, troubleshooting, and batch monitoring to ensure smooth system operations.Handle inbound and outbound warehouse operations, warehouse setups, and configuration of workflows aligned with business requirements.Provide support and configuration for RF devices and label printing solutions integrated with WMS.Understand and manage the integration points between WMS and upstream/downstream systems; ensure accuracy in inbound and outbound data flows.Utilize knowledge of MOCA Architecture and Page Builder for system customizations, enhancements, and troubleshooting.Monitor and support SRE (Scheduled Routine Execution) jobs to maintain operational efficiency.Apply PL/SQL skills for data validation, issue resolution, and reporting queries within the WMS environment.Deliver incident management and root cause analysis (RCA), ensuring adherence to defined SLA metrics and escalation procedures.Engage in critical issue resolution, prioritizing and resolving high-impact issues within tight timelines to minimize operational disruptions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT infrastructure, and business stakeholders to align WMS functionality with business needs.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience working with Blue Yonder / RP WMS, particularly in application support and enhancements.Strong functional knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, warehouse setup, and configuration processes in a WMS environment.Experience supporting and configuring RF devices, barcode scanners, and label printing systems.Good understanding of WMS architecture, including integration touchpoints with ERP, TMS, and other enterprise systems.Hands-on experience with MOCA architecture, Page Builder, and SRE jobs.Working knowledge of PL/SQL for database-related troubleshooting and reporting.Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes, including incident management, problem management, SLA tracking, and root cause analysis (RCA).Proven track record in resolving critical production issues under tight deadlines while ensuring minimal business impact.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
