We are a global leader in the technology arena and there’s nothing that can stop us from growing together.What we are looking forRole: Control- MExperience Range: 6 - 10 YearsLocation: Chennai , Bangalore & Hyderabad, pune , indore , Kolkata , Kochi , NoidaMust Have:Control-M on windows with High availability setupCtrl-M APIPowerShell and windows batchJCL / RexxWork closely within the MAGICS team and with other stakeholdersDesigning, configuring, installing, maintaining, and supporting Control-M solution on Windows.Designing, configuring, installing, maintaining, improving, and supporting the Batch Framework solution (G20).Support the job scheduling on Control-M WindowsTroubleshoot and resolve the control-M server product issueTroubleshoot and resolve Batch Framework issue and complex job abendsSupport the Batch Control & Monitoring team (2L)Define and maintain automation procedures to facilitate the batch activity of the batch planning team (batch planning, scheduling & monitoring)Schedule and fix failed jobs via Control-M scheduling package.Agent/Client installation, Agent Trouble shooting and scheduling the critical batch & analyze the problem and solve them in Production environment.Interact with problem management, change management, and monitoring team if applicableCapture and build work instructions for 2L and preferable 1L (shift to left)Automate operational procedures following AG standards whenever possible in coordination with automation teamIdentify and build automate resolution of monitoring incident in PowerShell in coordination with automation teamGood to Have:Microsoft Windows Server 2019 / 2022Microsoft SQL serverMicrofocus (and its integration with the Ctrl-M Scheduler)Windows clusteringWindows HYPER-VCommvault backupEssential:Identify and build, completely or partially, various automation of operational procedures for incidents in coordination with automation teamIntegrate within the existing self-service portal in collaboration with the tool's owner.Coordinate and organize the work with colleagues and ensure regular reporting to the stakeholders.Contributing to project activities concerning or Involving the Ctrl-M product and / or the Batch framework (LCM / new usage pattern / ..)Leading and coordinating with autonomy small activities also involving other team members inside and outside the team (Any other activities related to engineering of the control-M and Batch framework including the software infrastructure Manage and resolve issues reported by the SOCCreate any documentation related to the above activities from technical doc to management summaryPropose platform improvementsMinimum Qualification: •15 years of full-time education•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
