This role connects you with a seasoned international business development team. What You’ll Do As part of our Business Development team, you will: Research target markets and therapeutic areas  Identify and connect with potential clients (hello, LinkedIn!)  Generate qualified leads and build your own pipeline  Collaborate directly with senior European BD managers  Track KPIs and support strategic growth  Work with cutting-edge CRM tools and business intelligence platforms What You Bring M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry 2+ years in a CRO business development  or presales role Fluent in English (written and spoken) Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator , CRM tools , and market databases Organized, detail-oriented, and data-savvy Bonus if you love networking and know how to pitch value Who You Are Outgoing, self-motivated, and eager to learn Thrive in a mix of science, sales, and strategy A problem-solver who thinks creatively and works independently Passionate about building a global career in life sciences What’s In It For You?
