Job position : Performance ExcellenceJob location: Baddi, HimachalCTC: As per industryQualification :- Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Chemical, Electrical/Electronics, IndustrialEngineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.About the company:This company is involved in solar energy manufacturing.Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a focus oncontinuous improvement. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data visualization and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Minitab,etc.). Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with ability to workacross different levels of the organization. Working knowledge of manufacturing systems, safety protocols, and qualitysystems. Familiarity with vaTPM, 5Srious lean tools and hands-on experience in digitaltransformation initiatives in manufacturing is preferred.Key Responsibilities: Lead and support continuous improvement projects across the factory Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve performance. Facilitate kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis (RCA), andother problem-solving activities. Develop, monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track factoryperformance and improvement efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance,safety, etc.) to standardize best practices. Provide training and coaching to employees and leaders on performanceexcellence tools and techniques. Promote a culture of excellence through effective change managementstrategies.People who find matching their profiles with the current requirement please share resumes at -Purbasha Saha9804602968 (Only whatsapp)
