Job Summary:The Front Desk Executive serves as the face of the organization and is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front office environment. This role includes managing the reception area, handling all front-desk activities, responding to visitor and client inquiries, managing phone lines, and supporting various administrative and clerical duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. - Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently. - Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area. - Manage appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and calendar coordination. - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries. - Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes in accordance with security protocols. - Coordinate with internal departments to provide administrative support as needed. - Manage office supply inventory and place orders when required. - Support HR and administrative teams in onboarding activities and document handling. - Assist in maintaining records, databases, and filing systems. - Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the organization. - Perform additional clerical duties such as data entry, printing, and scanning as assigned.Key Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills - Professional appearance and positive attitude - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - Prior experience in front office/receptionist roles is preferred
