This role requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly work across both graphic design and video editing projects while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to enhance productivity and creative output.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate compelling visual designs for print, digital, and social media platforms Edit and produce high-quality video content from concept to final delivery Develop motion graphics and visual effects for videos and animations Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to meet project objectives Optimize workflows using AI-assisted tools for both design and video production Present creative concepts and finished work to stakeholders Stay current with emerging design trends and technologiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Demonstrated experience with AI tools for image generation, video creation, and content writing Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, and development Ability to translate technical requirements and business objectives into creative visual solutions Experience participating in agile workflows and adapting to shifting priorities Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts to diverse stakeholders Receptive to feedback from various departments and ability to implement constructive criticism Experience in facilitating creative workshops or brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams Prior experience in the health and wellness industry will be a plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience with UI/UX design principles Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web-based design implementation Familiarity with 3D design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) Experience with photography and audio editing Project management skills and experience leading creative initiativesTechnical SkillsDesign Software:Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch Video Editing:Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve AI Tools:Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway ML, ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar AI content generation tools Additional Tools:Canva, WordPress, basic HTML/CSSWhat We're Looking ForSomeone who is proactive, self-motivated, and ready to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment A creative thinker who takes initiative and isn't afraid to experiment or face new challenges A team player who collaborates well but can also own tasks independentlyAdditional InformationLocation:Gachibowli , Hyderabad (On-site) Employment Type:Full-time opportunity Working Hours:Work Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon-Fri + 1st & 3rd Saturdays) To Apply:Send your resume and portfolio to ranjhum@ Note:Only candidates who canjoin immediatelywill be considered.The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can adapt quickly to new technologies and deliver exceptional visual content across multiple formats.
