This role is crucial in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships across Hyderabad. You’ll represent Minimal Engineering’s philosophy of clarity and function by delivering exceptional in-person presentations, identifying customer pain points, and closing sales through informed, value-driven engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct 7–10 in-person product/service demonstrations per day to prospective customers. - Understand customer requirements and pain points to tailor product solutions effectively. - Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. - Actively prospect and generate new leads through field activities and networking within Hyderabad. - Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions aligned with customer needs. - Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. - Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress. - Provide timely sales forecasts and performance reports to the management team. - Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market developments. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing and customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction. - Represent Minimal Engineering professionally at all times.Required skills and qualifications:- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with persuasive presentation abilities. - Excellent relationship-building and customer engagement skills. - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. - Solid time management and self-organization capabilities to meet daily meeting targets. - Quick learner with the ability to master technical product knowledge. - High drive and initiative with a results-oriented mindset. - Capable of handling objections and solving problems on the field. - Resilient and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic field environments. - Experience in the food service industry is a strong plus.What we offer:- A purpose-driven environment focused on meaningful engineering. - Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to work with a forward-thinking, agile team. - Continuous learning and career advancement opportunities.
