Job Summary:The HR Intern plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department. They gain exposure to various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the organization.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, calling the candidates and scheduling interviews. Help with organizing and maintaining employee records and documentation. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations. Provide support in training and development activities for employees. Assist in coordinating HR events and activities. Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.Requirements:A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new concepts quickly. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
