Job Title: Mortgage CloserWork Location: Pune (Work from office)Greetings from Mphasis!!We're looking for an experienced Mortgage Closer to join our team!You’ll be responsible for reviewing critical documents, coordinating with title companies, ensuring compliance with TRID guidelines, and making sure every borrower has a smooth closing experience.Position Overview:The Mortgage Closers will be responsible for coordinating all aspects involved in completing the loan closing process while maintaining good communications with the client, borrower, internal staff, and other associated agencies to facilitate all closing needs within time frames committed. Candidates must possess a strong sense of urgency with an ability to work in a team environment, maintaining excellent organizational, communication, and PC skills.Essential Job Functions:Prepare, review and generate closing documents according to client specifications ensure all compliance requirements are metReview finalize and approved final CD; working effectively with the designated Processor and /or Settlement Agents to clear any issues that may ariseResolve closing issues, make system changes and expedite corrected documents to facilitate scheduled closingsAccurately prepare and transmit funding information to the client to ensure loans are funded in a timely mannerEnsure all closing needs are met within committed time framesIndividual to review Credit and closing documents. Individual to review Homeowner’s insurance, Title report, Appraisal report, purchase agreement, Loan estimates. Individual to obtain fee sheet from title/ escrow company and prepare initial closing disclosure.Must be able l to review all Origination charges, Title Charges, All third party charges on CD.Individual to review all changed circumstance events like increase in APR/ Change in loan term or loan product/ Increase in finance charges.Individual to review and calculate taxes and insurance & escrows.Individual to review and calculate closing costs to determine seller/ realtor credits Disclose Initial closing disclosure to borrower.Review all type of cures/ credits on CD.Connect with title/ escrow for balancing of CD VIA Cal / EmailPrepare all closing documents like Deed of Trust, Note, Final 1003, Final CD, Amortization Schedule, Initial Escrow account disclosure etc.Work with Sales/ Processing/ UW team to clear the prior to close conditions.Review the file for funding and request funds.Assure error free documentation prior to distribution of closing packagesProvide excellent customer service to internal and external clientsEnsure customer service surveys maintain the rating level designated by managementMeet and/or exceed goals set by line of business that contribute to the Service Level Agreements with the ClientRequirements:2+ years of Loan Closing experience dealing with high volume closingKnowledge of Conventional loan closing documentation requirementsExpertise in TRID Compliance, including awareness of regulation and timing constraints and corresponding ways to cure tolerance levels, as applicableProficient in review of title commitments, validation of closing conditions, reviewing/approving Closing Disclosures, and all aspects of closing document preparationMust maintain the highest standard of attention to detailGood computer/technical knowledge-paperless environmentExcellent customer service and communication skills Candidates must be Able to work a rotational schedule encompassing the hours of 8 to 8 in a 40 hour work week; this will involve several days a week working an 11-8 schedule, according to a preset scheduleAble to work in Night and Late Night ShiftsInterested candidates can apply for the job post OR mail me your resume to bhavya.periyadan@.Regards,HR.
